Since 1995, the Choirmaster of A Kappella Munda has been Digby Hill. He is a renowned musical arranger, with many credits in the Perth music scene.

Digby Hill has conducted, arranged and composed for several
community
choirs and theatre groups such as A Kappella Munda, One Voice Choir,
Coco Youth Theatre, Let's Sing, Camelot Chorale, Working Voices and
Parents for Music Kids Choir. Having an interest in teaching has taken him through a number of contrasting experiences:
as well as a number of commercial contracts. Musically, he has an interest in experimenting with World Music traditions and enjoys incorporating techniques such as harmonic singing into his work. He has been a member of groups like the Spooky Men's Chorale, (the
Edinburgh Fringe
Festival tours, see bottom row of photos) and the Spooky Men of the West
splinter group (that's Digby 2nd from the left), Red Pepper
(a cappella rock), Barstools (barbershop), Voicemale, Psallite (mostly
Madrigals)
Mandela African Choir and Union Cyanide (bad taste R&B band) to
name but a few. In April 2009 he was the facilitator at the World of
Multicultural Music workshops at Kobeelya in Katanning;
working with a group of over 60 people is a lot like herding cats at
times, but he did it wothout raising his voice (except in song) Leighton Hewitt shouts "C'Mon!"
